Thuja plicata 'Atrovirens'

'Western Red Cedar'. Small evergreen conifer. Good tub specimen. The foliage sprays are crossed by bands of gold with dark green between. Rich soils, generous water and sunny position. A strong-growing, large tree, certainly one of the best variegated conifers, the variegations being so crowded as to give a yellow effect to the whole tree.
